Model Ralph Souffrant was born in Haiti before relocating to Brooklyn at the age of 9. He was discovered by the photographer Aaron Taylor, who went on to dedicate an Instagram account to him. He was signed to a top modelling agency six months later – on the same day he was booked to be in Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 show.

Karen McDonald moved to New York at the age of 17 to take up a scholarship at the Dance Theatre of Harlem. She studied there for less than a year before she landed her first Broadway show and has been dancing and teaching ever since.
