We currently offer two shipping options: Standard shipping and Express shipping. All orders are shipped from the UK and we will pay any import duties and import taxes that are charged once the parcel has reached the US.
We aim to ship orders 4-7 days following the date your order has been placed. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories can take up to 8 days.
We aim to ship Express orders within 3 days following the date your order has been placed.

USPS OR US COURIER SHIPMENTS
Your order may be shipped by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or by a US courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be shipped by USPS so the parcel will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the shipment is made, the postal service will leave a notice card to advise on how and where your order can be collected.
Larger or Express orders will be shipped by courier who will attempt to ship the goods three times or leave with a neighbor. They will also leave a notice card after each shipment attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange receipt of the goods. A signature is required for larger shipments but not for the smaller USPS deliveries. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbor where your parcel can be left, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.
At this time we are unable to deliver to APO Addresses.

All orders to the US are now fully trackable, duty paid, and faster than before. In order to track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number with you. This can be located on your despatch confirmation email or order tracking email.
Most parcels will reach their destination 4-7 days after the order is placed (or within 3 days for Express orders), however some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.

As most parcels will reach their destination within 7 days after the order is placed, we are unable to query your parcel before this time. If you have paid on your credit card you will only be charged once the goods have been shipped to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm shipment.
If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not shipped will be refunded to the original method of payment.
All prices are exclusive of shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable).
The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge and sales tax (if applicable).

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned to Topshop.com must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.

To return your order to our warehouse, please log in to ‘My account’ and select ‘'Track orders, view history and request returns number' from the ‘My Orders' section. Click the order number containing the items you want to return and follow the ‘Create return' link next to the order number. Please select the items you wish to send back to us with a reason for each.
Once you click the 'Create Return' button you will be given a unique Returns Number. Remember to make a note of your Returns Number.
Click ‘Create Label’. Once you have your Returns Number you can now select ‘Print Free UPS Returns Label’ in ‘My Account’ or click here.
Type in your name, address, email address and Returns Number to create label for UPS. Attach it to the parcel and drop off at any of the UPS drop off points within 14 days of receipt.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse.
If you would prefer not to use our free UPS returns service, parcels can be returned via mail at your cost to our New Jersey warehouse: The Gilbert Co./Arcadia, 1000 Riverside Dr, Keasbey, N.J. 08832. Please note you will need to include your Returns Number on your parcel label.
It may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account after the goods have been received. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from Topshop.com. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, zip code and new card details.
You can call Customer Services on 1866 853 8559 (toll free) between 9am and 9pm GMT (4am - 4pm EST), and on weekdays and between 9am and 5.30pm GMT (4am - 12:30pm EST) at the weekend, excluding public holidays.
For security reasons, we cannot accept this information via email.
Note: Returns by UPS or by mail cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Number. You will be unable to get a Returns Number from the web if more than 14 days has passed since you received the items. RETURNING GOODS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFER
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for $40.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
7 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning the day following receipt of your order (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund of the cost of the item and original delivery charge. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. If you cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) affected and the delivery charges.
RETURNING GOODS WHICH ARE OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR UNFIT FOR PURPOSE
You can return goods which are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose to us by post by using the returns label and following the instructions in the "RETURNS BY UPS" section. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please ensure you return the goods to us as soon as possible, giving the reason for your return. We will examine the goods following receipt and if we find the goods are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose we will refund you the price you paid for the goods and the original delivery charge (if any).
Customers in the USA can return items to their nearest store (excluding Nordstrom stores).
To protect our business and our customers against fraud, we ask that you show your valid identification or driver’s license when returning or exchanging an item in one of our stores. We will retain your address from the identification document for these purposes, and we may decline a return or exchange if you do not present such identification.
