Obvious but never to be forgotten, the humble walk will always be one of the most effective forms of cardio. We love it as it’s so much easier to motivate yourself to go for a walk than it is to go for a run or anything similar. Plus, it’s low-impact exercise meaning you can go everyday, even multiple times a day if you like. And right now, it’s pretty much the only thing we’re allowed to do to get ourselves out of the house.
