The health and safety of our customers, employees and communities has always been and will continue to be our first priority, so as the situation continues to evolve, we are closely monitoring the changing Government guidelines and are following them accordingly. We are thrilled to welcome you back to all Topshop locations within Nordstrom stores.
CHANGES TO SHIPPING
Our couriers are currently offering contact-free delivery as standard, which means no hand-to-hand contact. Your parcel will be left safely at your door, but if you have a safe place you’d prefer your order to be kept, please let us know by adding a note to the shipping instructions at checkout.
Please note that some orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual, due to the extra social distancing measures we’ve put in place to keep our warehouse employees and couriers safe. As a result we are currently unable to offer Express Tracked Shipping.
Due to reduced flight capacity into the US shipping may cost more than usual.

You can return items within 28 days of receipt of your order.
